1. Who we are

IconSetPro (iconsetpro.com) is operated by MD ABDUL KARIM ("the seller", "we", "us"), an individual designer based in Bangladesh. By using this website or purchasing any product, you enter into an agreement with the seller and agree to these terms.

2. What we sell

We provide image-to-editable-stroke software license packages and custom design services. Package limits, validity and available export formats are shown before you order. Nothing physical is shipped.

3. Direct payments

Use only the payment method and recipient shown for your selected package. Submit your transaction reference; the owner verifies receipt before approving the order and releasing the matching license key. There is no recurring stock subscription checkout.

4. License

Purchases include a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal and business commercial use, including websites, apps, presentations, advertisements, publications and finished client projects. Copyright remains with MD ABDUL KARIM; buying a file is not buying its copyright.

You must not sell, share, redistribute, sublicense or upload the original or modified source artwork as stock content, icon packs, templates whose assets can be extracted, downloadable libraries or competing products. Changing colors, size, format or paths does not remove this restriction. You must not claim authorship or register the artwork as an exclusive trademark.

A client may receive a finished end product for its intended use, not a reusable source-file library or a right to resell the icons. Sale of merchandise whose primary value is the artwork requires separate written permission. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service. This includes:

• Unlawful use, fraud, or spam of any kind.
• Infringing intellectual property rights of the seller or third parties.
• Interfering with the security of the site (malware, probing, scraping, bypassing watermarks or download controls).
• Sharing your account or subscription downloads with others.

6. Intellectual property

The seller retains ownership of the website, the designs, software, documentation and branding. Purchasing a license does not transfer ownership of the designs to you. Suspected infringement can be reported through our Support page with the design URL, proof of ownership and details of the alleged misuse. We may investigate and pursue removal or legal remedies where supported by evidence and applicable law; a report does not automatically prove infringement.

7. Service level

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the website or downloads. We may maintain, update or suspend parts of the service at any time.

8. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account, and for providing accurate information when ordering.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated/serious policy violations. On termination, your right to download new files ends; files already licensed to you remain usable under the license terms.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages (loss of profits, data, goodwill). Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country.
